delivered from offshore, and
includes activities like detailed
design, coding and testing.

the solution has been implemented
onsite, post implementation
support is carried out at
both locations, with rapid
reaction support being taken
care of onsite and bug fixes,
maintenance, etc. being the
responsibility of the offshore
team.
