Synergy Infotech takes each project and segregates it into different phases or activities. Depending on the complexity of a particular task and the level of customer interaction required, the project is executed either onsite, i.e. at the customer location, or at our offshore development center in Bangalore, India. For instance, activities necessitating close interaction and coordination with the client, like analysis and planning, high level design, and user interface design are executed onsite. The bulk of the project, is, however, delivered from offshore, and includes activities like detailed design, coding and testing.

Close communication with the customer is maintained at all times, so that customer feedback can be elicited and incorporated regularly. Once the solution has been implemented onsite, post implementation support is carried out at both locations, with rapid reaction support being taken care of onsite and bug fixes, maintenance, etc. being the responsibility of the offshore team.
